San Francisco World Spirits Competition es la primer competencia internacional de bebidas espirituosas que se lleva a cabo cada año en los Estados Unidos.

Fundado en 2000 por los directores de la Competencia Internacional de San Francisco, Antonio Dias Blue y Carol Seibert, han logrado que la competencia siga creciendo cada año. Este año fueron 450 las destilerías e importadores de 21 países que participaron en esta competencia.

Los drammies son los elegidos por los visitantes de la página “the scotch blog” y  las medallas de San Francisco World Spirits Competition son votadas por decisión de profesionales e incluso hay medallas de doble oro.
